Conference Fees*: 

SCSBC & CSC members: $275/person (+ 5% GST) = $288.75
Non members: $475 (+5% GST) = $498.75

*Due to a new venue with higher accommodation costs this year, we have adjusted the conference fee to ensure continued affordability for our attendees.

Your registration fee includes five meals, coffee breaks and snacks, plenary and round table discussions, free wifi, complimentary parking negotiated with your hotel stay and access to the beautiful spa and hot springs at Harrison Resort.

Register early. This conference is well attended and space is limited. Later registrants may need to arrange for their own accommodation off site.

During online registration, you have the option of paying with PayPal, with a credit card via PayPal (no account required), or by cheque.

In the event that you may wish to share a room with another attendee, please make your own arrangements. 

Reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card. Cancellations 72 hours prior to arrival will be charged for one night. Reservations received after Friday, March 9, 2019 will be provided on a space available basis at prevailing rates.
